Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-17.1. These are the terms you accept when you sign up.
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Deal Flow Labs LLC (the Provider). You accept them by ticking the box at signup and continuing. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. The service
The Provider supplies a configurable AI employee that communicates with contacts you supply, over voice, text messaging and email, according to instructions you give it. You direct what it says and does. The Provider is responsible for the quality of the underlying service, not for the instructions you give it or the outcomes of the conversations it has on your behalf.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell the Provider promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Plans, billing and auto-renewal
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you signed up, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of usage tokens. Your plan RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged for the next period, until you cancel. Prices may change on notice to you, effective from your next billing period. Taxes are additional where they apply.
5. Usage beyond your plan, in the token language
One token is one second of your AI employee in a real conversation. Dial attempts that do not connect are free and unlimited. Usage above your plan's included allowance is billed at your plan's published overage rate, and you will never pay more than the price of the next plan up: once you cross the point where the larger plan would have cost less, you are moved to that plan and its allowance. Additional phone numbers are billed at the published monthly rate per number.
6. YOUR CONTACTS, YOUR PERMISSION, AND YOUR INDEMNITY
This section is the most important one in this agreement. THE CONTACTS YOU UPLOAD OR CONNECT ARE YOURS, AND OBTAINING THE LEGAL RIGHT TO CONTACT THEM IS YOURS. You confirm that you have the permission and legal basis required to contact each person you give the service, by the channels you direct it to use, and that you will keep honouring opt-outs and do-not-contact requests. The Provider acts as your tool and at your direction. You will indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against any claim, penalty or cost arising from contacts you supplied without the necessary permission, or from instructions you gave the service. The Provider may suspend a service that it reasonably believes is being used in breach of this section.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to impersonate another person or business, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted. Do not attempt to circumvent usage metering or resell the service without a written agreement.
8. Your data and your configuration
Your contacts, your conversation records and the configuration of your AI employee belong to you. The Provider processes them to run the service for you, and may use aggregated, de-identified operating data to improve the service. On request after your account ends, the Provider will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
9. Cancellation and what happens to money already paid
You may cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect AT THE END OF THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD. Cancelling part way through a period does not shorten that period or reduce what is owed for it, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. The Provider may suspend or end an account for non-payment or for a breach of section 6 or 7.
10. Service availability and disclaimers
The Provider works to keep the service available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the service depends on third parties such as telephone carriers and AI model providers. AI-generated conversation can contain mistakes. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for reviewing what your AI employee is configured to say.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. THE PROVIDER'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THE PROVIDER IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This section does not limit your obligations under section 6.
12. Changes to these terms
The Provider may update these terms. The current version is always published at this address with its version identifier. Material changes take effect at your next billing period, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
13. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Provider about the service, and it replaces earlier discussions. You may not transfer it without the Provider's consent.
